This is the Steel Handset fitted to the Seamaster Planet Ocean c.3313.
These are Omega supplied service hands for the c.3313 manual wind movement, they fit all variants of this movement including none co-axial c.3303 etc.
This was fitted to the model stated above 45.5mm Planet Ocean Chronograph 177.1650 etc
